Ms. Ahnell has defended employers and insurance carriers before administrative agencies for the past seven years. Ms. Ahnell also represents employers and insurance carriers in civil litigation matters in Federal and State Courts. Ms. Ahnell represents client interests in all phases of litigation, including hearings, trials and appeals.
In 2004, as an Associate for Ogborn, Summerlin, and Ogborn, Ms. Ahnell began her practice in civil litigation, including complex products liability cases and employment law. When she moved to Hall & Evans in 2005, Ms. Ahnell’s practice focus narrowed to the exclusive representation of employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation claims and civil litigation. That emphasis continued at Thomas Law Firm.
